This Privacy Policy explains how Andre R. Aragon, Realtor®, and Molly Riddle, Realtor®, with Quicksilver Real Estate Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collect, use and share information when you visit greaterstpeteagents.com (the “Site”), fill out a form, or communicate with us. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a home value estimate, sign up for listing alerts, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • A property address and details about your property
  • Your home buying or selling plans, timeline and preferences
  • Your best time to be contacted and anything you write in a message
  • Whether you checked the optional box to receive text messages, along with the date, time, page and version of the consent wording

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Your IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
  • Pages you view, listings you search or save, links you click and the date and time of your visit
  • The website or ad that referred you, including campaign codes in the web address (for example, codes on a mailed postcard’s QR code)
  • Information stored in cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and Analytics” below)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and requests
  • Prepare home value estimates, cash-at-closing estimates, market reports and other information you ask for
  • Send you property listings and listing alerts you sign up for
  • Contact you by phone, email or, if you agree, text message about your real estate inquiry
  • Keep records of your requests and our communications with you
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
  • Measure which mailers, ads and pages lead to inquiries
  • Protect the Site against spam, fraud and misuse
  • Meet our legal, licensing and brokerage recordkeeping obligations

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. We use companies that help us run the Site and our business. They may only use your information to provide services to us. These include:
    • Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which receives and stores the information you submit through our forms and may record your activity on the Site after you submit a form
    • Buying Buddy, which provides our property search and listing alert tools using Stellar MLS data
    • Elementor and WordPress, which power the Site and its forms
    • HostGator, which hosts the Site, and Cloudflare, which helps deliver and secure the Site
    • Google, if we use Google Analytics or Google Search Console to understand Site traffic
    • Email and text messaging providers we use to communicate with you
  • Our brokerage. We may share information with Quicksilver Real Estate Group, our brokerage, as needed to supervise our work and keep required records.
  • Parties to your transaction. If you work with us on a purchase or sale, we may share information as needed with others involved in that transaction, such as lenders, title and escrow companies, inspectors, appraisers, attorneys and other agents, with your knowledge.
  • Legal reasons. We may share information if required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.
  • Business changes. If our business is transferred, information may be transferred as part of that change, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you check the optional text message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Andre R. Aragon and Molly Riddle, Quicksilver Real Estate Group, about your real estate request, at the mobile number you provided. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.

  • Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is not required to submit a form and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you have opted out, and no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us using the information below.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only exception is sharing with service providers that help us deliver text messages to you, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers.

Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device by your web browser. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Make the Site and its forms and property search work
  • Remember your preferences and saved searches
  • Understand how visitors find and use the Site
  • Connect your Site activity to your inquiry in our CRM after you submit a form
  • Help protect the Site from attacks and spam (for example, through Cloudflare)

We may use Google Analytics to understand Site traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed and time spent on the Site. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. If you do, some parts of the Site, such as saved searches, may not work as expected. Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Third-Party Websites and Tools

The Site includes links to, and tools provided by, other companies, such as our property search. Those companies have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to read their policies.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your requests, work with you, and meet our legal, licensing, brokerage and tax recordkeeping obligations. Florida real estate rules require certain transaction records to be kept for a set period. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove details that identify you. We keep records of text message consent and opt-outs for as long as needed to show we followed the law.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and service providers with their own security programs. No website, internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information. Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or bank account numbers, through our website forms.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
  • Emails: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
  • Phone calls: Ask us to stop calling you, and we will add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
  • Listing alerts: Change or cancel saved searches and alerts through your property search account or by contacting us.
  • Cookies: Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
  • Access, correction and deletion: Contact us to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some information to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still contact you about an active transaction or a request you made.

Florida Residents

We are based in Florida and follow applicable Florida law, including Florida’s data breach notification law. If a breach of security affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law. Florida residents may contact us at any time with questions about their information or to make a request under “Your Choices.” We do not sell personal information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If we make a material change to how we handle text message consent or mobile information, we will not apply it to information collected before the change without your consent.
