Agent was courteous and accommodating to us when we needed to put an offer on a home from a different state. Great communication and very easy transaction the whole way through.

Andre helped me find and purchase my first house. Being a first time home buyer I did not have much experience, but Andre was very knowledgeable, quick and friendly through the entire process. I would definitely reccomemd him to anyone looking to buy a house!

Kathy and Robert North2644 Shady Tree DriveTroy, OH 45373Letter of Recommendation for Andre Aragon -Rob and I met Andre in the spring of 2018. Prior to our meeting, Andre worked with us to narrow down several properties in the Tampa, Florida area that we could purchase as a second home. Since we were only slightly familiar with the area, we entrusted Andre to help narrow down our search to about eight properties that fit the requirements that we had described to him.Once we arrived in Florida to view the properties, Andre met with us for three days and helped us view each one. A lot of miles were traveled, but in the end, he helped us chose a new build villa in Wesley Chapel and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Not only did Andre help us locate this house, he sat with us through all of our negotiations and during the signing of the agreement, and he was generous enough to do our final walk through via cell video with the builder so we wouldn't have to fly to Florida to do it. He did an excellent job helping make a list of things that needed to be fixed prior to closing. We will definitely use Andre again and we would recommend him to others who need help with any home buying process.

Andre was outstanding! He went out of his way to help us over and over again! We live in Missouri and Andre was always willing to check on the condo and handled any issue that arose. In addition to finding a flooring contractor to replace some flooring, he met them everyday at the condo. He would meet delivery people at the condo if we needed something sent there. He was always available to check on things even cleaning things up when a hurricane came through. He is very knowledgeable of the market and did an exceptional job marketing our unit. The pictures he took of our condo were perfect and really showcased our unit that drew a lot of attention to our listing. We could not have chosen a better realtor to work with!

I found Andre on Zillow. He provided amazing real estate photos and virtual tours that helped me sell my St. Petersburg condo.I would definitely use him again, and highly recommend his services!

Andre helped us find our perfect retirement home. We are from out of town and he assisted us every step of the way even doing our walk thru when we could not make it back to Fl. Andre is highly professional and I would recommend anyone to all of my friends.

Andre helped so much with the sale of my mother's home. I lived in another state but Andre worked his magic and helped to stage the home and then took the most flattering pictures. But the real show stopper was his video. The house was in a beautiful setting that Andre was able to capture in pictures. I give him a lot of credit since the house sold in 2 days for asking price!

Andre went out of his way to to make sure we saw every house we even weren’t sure we wanted to see. This was great for us because we were moving from Alabama and he would even go take videos of the house and send to us. Started with a different realtor, but extremely happy we swapped to Andre.
